My mother childhood spent in this island. Her name : Esmeralda Adlao. She’s a very good swimmer because of her invironment there. I didn’t see nor came here to see the place. I hope I can visit the Siquijor island someday, but, I doubt very much. It’s nice and history for me to visit through website this place where my Mom came from. Thank you so much…

hi there. intersting page. just to let you know that the queing up of people on that street was not for the tv, but for the subsidised purchase of rice. this store is the only store in the town who is able to sell rice to the public at subsidised cost. on the other hand, the barangays have schedules in turns to buy their rice once a week. as a filipino living overseas, coming home to this problem is a shock. but, i guess, it’s hapenning everywhere. i just feel sorry for these people.
